Dick Johnson Racing

INTRODUCTION

Dick Johnson is probably one of the best drivers Ford has ever had.  He started his career thirty seven years ago.   In 1981 Dick Johnson
crashed his car into a rock at Mt Panorama while he was leading the race.

DICK JOHNSON RACING'S CARS

Before Dick Johnson retired he drove a Ford Falcon AU. All of the Dick Johnson Racing Team also drive a Ford Falcon AU.
Some people may not know but Dick Johnson started in a Holden. The Ford Falcon AU can reach the speed of three hundred km per hour. Dick Johnsons ccar number is fifteen.

DICK  JOHNSON  HISTORY

When Alan Moffat went to Mazda Dick Johnnson became  Ford's number one driver  in its battle against Holden's golden haired boy Peter Brock. Dick Johnson's first sponsor was Shell Australia. Shell Australia sponsored Dick Johnson over thirty years ago.
