This collection of web-pages was the result of a unit of work in Society and Environment that was done by two classes of Year 4 and 5 students at Nairne Primary School. They were asked to define an aspect of Australia that was of interest to them, within the broad topics of Australian Animals, Australian Sport, Australian Geography and Australian History.
   Once they had done the necessary research, they wrote drafts and edited the work. They were also required to find or draw pictures for their web-page. These were scanned and saved as files. The text and images were then combined to produce each student's web-page.   Clicking in the pictures or links below, will take you to the 'link page' for each topic. On each of those pages are links to take you to the students' pages. Some of the pages also have links to outside web-sites that will provide even more information about that topic.
